 A wedding will be one of the most important events in someone's life.  Summer is the season for most weddings.  When I was growing up, girls my age always talked about having a  June wedding.  I could never understand why.  June is the beginning of the summer and walking down the isle in a formal wedding dress in hot weather, just never appealed to me.  To me, springtime would be a more perfect time.  Having a garden setting with the flowers just coming into bloom, just seems more picturesque, more special.  It surely would save quite a few bucks on flower arrangements.  I am a skin flint and believe in saving money when I can.  

Weddings can be formal, or informal.  Most women like to have their maid of honor and their bridesmaids.  And this does look nice in a formal setting.  Children like to imagine a wedding such as Cinderella's, or Belle's.  Their little minds can work miracles when they are having their pretend play time.  All they need is a little help and they are on their way.  My store "Nancy's Doll Closet", has the perfect dress to help them with their fantasy.
This "Spring Party Dress" can be used as a formal bridesmaid dress, or party dress for tea time.  This pretty pink dress is made of lace and satin and closes in the back with velcro.  It even comes with a decoration for the hair.  Though Julie is modeling this dress, it will also fit the other 18 inch American Girl Dolls.
